But I am going to post. Maybe in summary since I have so much to say. I'll try it the Jenorama way.
--Drove home hungover as shit. Cousin's wedding. They've been dating for 11 years and he's only a year older than me. You do that math and it will take you back to 7th or 8th grade depending on who you talk to.
--My mother decided that the clothes that I brought home were inappropriate for this fancy wedding. I don't know who she wanted to impress but the rest of the family did not get the memo that this was a fancy wedding. They all wore the usual comfy casual dress up clothes. But I got to go shopping and try on clothes that made me feel uncomfortable. I looked like I couldn't dress myself and that is because my mom did.
--The wedding was 16 minutes long. Leave it to my family to time a wedding. It was so short that we were waiting to get out of the church for longer than the wedding.
--On to the reception. Still wearing the horrible outfit and feeling uncomfortable. I snuck out for a smoke with my aunts. Not two seconds after they warned me that I was going to get caught by my parents, my father walked out. Instead of holding in the big "hit" as my aunt called it, I just let it all blow out. He didn't say anything.
--I'm getting ahead of myself. I went to the doctor on Friday about my chronic cough. The nurse asked if I smoked and I said occassionally. Meaning I am not constantly with cigarette in mouth. So he gave me a chest X-Ray. That is weird. I've never had a stand up x-ray before. But the picture was all black and my lungs looked all gross and stuff. Not from the black of tar but just because they are lungs. It seems that my right lung is bigger than my left one. Also, there was so other stuff beneath that lung that seemed unidentified. None of my other organs showed up, so I don't know if that was an organ or if it was just some weird thing that is wrong with my body. But Bronchitis and medicine. Cut back on smoking and the cough should be great.
--So back to the reception. I finally got to go home and change after talking to a bunch of people that I'm not interested in talking to about my piddly ass job for next fall. Ooooh look at me. Future Professional Actor for a month and a half. Yeah impressive. They sure looked at me like I was going to be starving in less than a year and living out of my car even sooner than that.
--Back from changing, I get back to the wine that was keeping me quite content. By the third trip, the guy knew exactly which wine I was going for and didn't even ask. He saw me coming and went for the Reisling. By about my fifteen tiny glass, he asked me "Do you want the bottle?" "Will you give me the bottle?" "Sure." So from that point on, I was classy and drank straight from the bottle. I'm estimating that I had close to two bottles of wine. I was quite drunk.
--Went back to my uncle's house for Taco Johns. Four six packs and a pound. That is twenty four tacos and four pounds of fried potato disks. And we ate them all with no trouble. My cousin took off his clothes. I pulled my shirt up for some reason and my aunt told me that it was gross. My stomach was gross. This coming from the woman who saw my uncle come out in his boxers looking like he is pregnant. I was pissed. I have never felt fatter in my entire life. Twenty pounds before I go home next time. I have a month and a half to lose twenty pounds. I will achieve it.
--Coming back to Kirksville, I left right before this huge storm was to hit. I mean right before. As I left town, it started to rain. I got a little ahead of it and then I had to go south. That is where I got hit by a huge downpour. I couldn't see the road. Then I started going east again and got ahead of it. When I had to go south I got hit even harder. This storm was supposed to be terrible too. I went from bright and sunny to black in a matter of minutes. It was scary. I couldn't see the road at times from so much rain. But I kept going. I have never felt like I was being chased by anything so much in my life. It was a chase and I was on. I finally got ahead of it and took some great pics with my camera phone. I beat the storm. HAHAHA.
--Two more days til I have full internet back. Oh I cannot wait.
--Tomorrow I be doing heavy manual labor. We are throwing shit out of the third story window of the coffee shop. I had better get paid more than my $5.50 an hour. I volunteered to help though. It'll be me and two guys who I am told not to talk to. Fun. We'll see how good I feel tomorrow after throwing shit for hours.
Night Night.
